1/2 cup lemon juice
1 head (about 8-10 cloves) garlic
1 tsp. unrefined sea salt
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until thick and creamy (about 30 seconds).
Pour over your salad and enjoy!
Will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks - if it doesn't get eaten first!
